Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free estimates for commercial roofing and general maintenance projects throughout the greater Phoenix area. We will schedule an on-site visit to evaluate and provide a quote. Please email your request to: workorder@tipmaintenance.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH and check payments. At this time, we do not accept credit cards or offer financing.
Scheduling & Process
How do I submit a service request?
We utilize a ticketing system called Freshdesk to maintain clear communication and keep a documented history of work performed at your property. Submit service requests HERE.
How are service requests prioritized?
Requests are scheduled based on urgency, safety concerns, weather exposure. Scheduling updates are provided through Freshdesk.
How can I check the status of my request?
You can track updates directly through the Freshdesk ticketing system, or emailing us at workorder@tipmaintenance.com. We provide photos and updates as your request moves through scheduling and completion.
Who do I contact with questions about the Freshdesk ticketing system?
Email makena@tipmaintenance.com for support regarding the ticketing system, portal access, or any other technical issues.
Do you offer after-hours emergency service?
Yes. Our highly trained technicians are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, so we are here whenever you need us. For emergency service, please email workorder@tipmaintenance.com or call 602-509-2925.

Yes. We always recommend the most practical and cost-effective solution. We will evaluate if a replacement is a better long term option.

Yes. Routine maintenance is one of the best ways to extend the life of a commercial roof in the Arizona climate. Our roofing services can include inspections, minor repairs, debris removal, and coating evaluations.
How often should a commercial roof be inspected?
At least twice a year.

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to perform commercial roofing and maintenance work in Arizona.
What warranties do you offer for service repairs and maintenance?
We offer a 90 day warranty on labor and 1 year warranty on parts.
